Payment Policy

The following information outlines our fees and account policy

  • Payment must be made at the time of visit.
  • A $5 administration charge will apply if payment is not made by the end of the month, payment can be made by cash, Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa.
  • Where an account is outstanding you may be required to pay before you see the Doctor or Nurse.
  • Termination of patient enrolment may apply should an account remain unpaid.
  • Debts at the end of the second month may be referred to our debt collection agency and all associated costs will be met by the debtor.
  • If you are experiencing financial difficulties please discuss alternative payment arrangements with our office administrators.
